HOW TO BOOK A SERVICE / APPOINTMENT:

• Please check the time zone reads: 'LONDON' or if your booking is another country please the country you will be having your appointment. For example for Trinidad carnival makeup bookings, you will need to select 'Port of Spain'. This is located at the bottom right hand corner. Failure to select the correct time zone may result in your appointment being cancelled.
• Select the service. If you wish to edit your choice, click on the 'downwards arrow' sign on the top right hand side of the service you have selected.
• Choose the date available and your desired time, then click 'Continue'. PLEASE NOTE, FOR UK CLIENTS I AM ONLY TAKING GROUP MOBILE BOOKINGS (3 OR MORE FACES) UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
• If you would like to book more than one appointment at once, select the time you would like and then click 'recurring', select 'Choose additional time', pick another time and then click 'Continue'. Repeat steps if you would like to choose multiple appointments times.
• Input your personal details. You will then be prompted to pay using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account there is an option for you to pay via credit card on the PayPal site. Once your appointment has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to access your online class or session

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING:

• Call out fee for mobile bookings starts from £10. Additional travel/parking fees payable for mobile appointments and will be requested on the day of appointment. If you would like to enquire the amount, please do not hesitate to contact me.
• NO REFUNDS. All deposits made are non-refundable or transferable. CASH PAYMENTS accepted only.
• NO EXTRA COMPANY, CHILDREN OR PETS - or your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and you will lose deposit.
• IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COVID SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO HAS, PLEASE CONTACT ME TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
• Bookings before 9:00am will be an extra £20.

• TIP: If you are a regular client or wish to book future appointments you may want to register for an account. This will make the booking process much faster and easier! The option to register for an account will be located on your confirmation email, once you have successfully booked your appointment (see example below).
